I am Ard Willems, a Technical Manager and Systems & Software Architect with a passion for bridging cutting-edge technology with practical, scalable solutions.

Currently working at Morphotonics — a world leader in large-area nanoimprint lithography based in the Brainport region in Eindhoven, Netherlands — I help drive technical direction in an organisation developing the next generation of nano-optical manufacturing technology for AR smart glasses, advanced displays and consumer electronics.

Beyond my work in high-tech, I enjoy sharing knowledge as a speaker and presenter, and I have written several articles on topics at the intersection of technology, systems architecture and management.
